With the support of the Cardinia Shire, the Yarra Ranges Council and the Koo Wee Rup Regional Health Service the Friends of Kurth Kiln will again stage two Seniors Week Functions in early October 2018. Between 9:30am and 12 Noon the event featured short guided Nature Walks through Kurth Kiln Regional Park, ranging from 1/2km to 5km and matching them to the condition of the walkers. There will be talks on Health and Wellbeing in Senior years, Morning tea is provided by the Cardinia Shire Council. Videos will be shown on site for those unable to walk.
